Polar lunar craters Probably Electrified

Scientists are creating new models that will better explain the electric charge that has probably been collecting inside polar lunar craters, charging them to hundreds of volts. This important question needs to be answered before any human exploration of polar lunar craters which are of great interest because of water ice.
